Born and raised in Pinellas County,
Jon grew up in the central heartbeat of the Tampa Bay area. The
majority of his childhood was spent enjoying the local beaches
and family entertainment venues of Tampa Bay. After College, Jon
began a business career with Republic Bank, which he helped
expand from seven local branches to over seventy branches state
wide, which culminated in the honored title of “Florida’s
largest commercial bank”. Being married to his high school
sweetheart Heather, and the responsibility of raising children
of their own, Jon felt obligated to promote family values and a
brighter future for Tampa Bay’s next generation. So, in the
summer of 2004, Jon resigned his position with Republic Bank and
became the Executive Director of Crosspointe Church. In 2005,
Jon helped organize and establish Tampa Bay’s largest patriotic
family festival, Freedom Fest. In addition to his Executive
